On the sign-in screen, tap "forgot password?" and follow the link sent to your email. Make sure to open the email on the same device you requested it from.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Go to Settings → Premium → "manage subscription" — this opens your subscription controls directly through Apple or Google, where you can cancel or change plans at any time.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → "delete account." This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
Email us at help@hutchstudy.app with a short description of what happened and, if possible, what you were doing right before it occurred.
How does the referral program work?
Share your invite link from Friends → add a friend → share link. Once 3 friends join using your link, you get a free week of Premium.
